Corporate Paralegal
to support the Corporate Counsel and legal team.
Who You Are
Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Bring 5+years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting
Have strong interest in corporate and securities law
Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office and document management systems
What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking deadlines
Maintain corporate records, minute books, and organizational documents
Assist with SEC filings such as Forms 8‑K, 10‑K, 10‑Q, and Section 16 reports
Prepare board and shareholder materials, consents, and resolutions
Conduct legal and regulatory research and summarize findings in clear memos
Support due diligence and closing processes for corporate transactions
Organize and maintain a structured legal document repository with version control
Help implement compliance programs and monitor regulatory changes
Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and communications for the legal team
Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters
What Success Looks Like
Contracts and legal documents are accurate, timely, and well‑organized
SEC filings and corporate governance materials meet compliance standards
Legal research and regulatory updates are delivered clearly and proactively
Corporate records and entity documentation are consistently maintained
Internal and external stakeholders experience seamless communication and support
Salary Range:
$90,000 – 120,000 annually
Location:
Denver, CO – On site
