What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives and guidelines
Manage event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships
Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to enhance event participation and guest satisfaction
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, guests, and external vendors for seamless event execution
Submit event details and contracts to senior leadership for budget approvals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong networking skills to build relationships across the organization
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional
Ability to solicit feedback and improve processes
