What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, coordinate, and execute various events aligned with company objectives and guidelines
Manage all event logistics, including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships
Build strategic relationships with sales and marketing leaders to enhance event quality and guest satisfaction
Host assigned events and travel to support on-site interactions with owners and venue personnel
Ensure all events stay within budget and meet scheduled objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; college degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in Adobe Professional
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Vacation ownership and travel industry knowledge is a plus
