What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives and guidelines

Manage all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance event quality and guest satisfaction

Communicate with internal teams to ensure events are executed on schedule and objectives are met

Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing

At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors or direct reports

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Understanding of the timeshare industry and vacation ownership products

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

Strong networking skills to build relationships across the organization

Experience in event planning or hospitality industry
