What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives
Manage all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships
Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to enhance event quality and guest satisfaction
Host assigned events within the market while occasionally assisting in other markets
Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; college degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing external vendors or agencies
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships throughout the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
Vacation ownership and travel industry knowledge
