What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives
Manage all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships
Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to enhance event quality and guest satisfaction
Host assigned events within your market and may assist in other markets as needed
Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, college degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
Proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in various stages of completion
Vacation ownership and travel industry knowledge
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional
Strong networking skills to build relationships throughout the organization
