What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events aligned with company objectives
Manage all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment, dining, and transportation
Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to enhance event quality and participation
Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and effective event execution
Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
At least 2+ years of experience managing external vendors or direct reports
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
Vacation ownership and travel industry knowledge
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong networking skills to build relationships within the organization
