What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives

Manage event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance event quality and increase owner tour participation

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, site leaders, guests, and external vendors

Submit event details and contracts to senior leadership for cost approvals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing

At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors or direct reports

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Understanding of the timeshare industry and vacation ownership

Proficiency in Adobe Professional

Strong networking skills to build relationships across an organization

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment

Experience in vendor management and collaboration with marketing teams
