What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives

Manage all event logistics, including venue procurement and vendor partnerships

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance event offerings and guest satisfaction

Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of events

Submit event details and contracts for cost approvals to senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing

At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors or direct reports

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of the timeshare industry and vacation ownership products

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional

Strong networking skills to build relationships across the organization

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
