The Company is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth, transforming a strong foundation of relationships and reputation into a scalable, repeatable growth engine. This role is not about maintaining the status quo; it's an opportunity to shape the future of a profitable, established brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue leadership, sales infrastructure, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering a new business target, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and driving expansion within existing accounts. The VP will also be tasked with building a scalable sales process, creating KPIs for accurate forecasting, and developing a tech stack to ensure speed, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of scaling a staffing or recruiting organization, particularly in the $30M to $75M+ range. They should be adept at both strategy and execution, with the ability to see opportunity in complexity and make a significant impact. Experience in managing high-social, high-energy sales teams, strong financial and analytical acumen, and executive presence are essential. The role requires a leader who is calm and clear in fast-moving environments, strategic and tactical, and who can bring a data-driven, relationship-aware approach to the business. The VP will be expected to recruit and develop high-performing talent, create a culture of accountability and growth, and lead purposeful, effective sales meetings.
