Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity ideal for a patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys both clinical services and operational leadership in a community setting. Permanent, direct-hire opportunity
Variable schedule with evening shifts required at times
Common schedules include longer shifts (such as 4x10s or 4x12s)
Relocation assistance available for qualified permanent candidates
Key Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist in Charge or Supervising Pharmacist as required by state regulations
Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Oversee all pharmacy operations including scheduling, inventory management, third-party administration, and payroll
Manage, train, and evaluate pharmacy technicians and support staff
Ensure completion of all required training and ongoing compliance with company policies
Provide patient-centered services including immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs
Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication usage, interactions, side effects, and therapy optimization
Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Engage in community outreach and in-store business development activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
Complete all required continuing education and additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted New York Pharmacist license
Immunization certification (required)
Must be comfortable administering all vaccines (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
Retail pharmacy experience preferred
