What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for the employer’s integrated solutions portfolio

Grow profitable sales that meet or exceed regional sales budgets by targeting key contractors and projects

Generate proposals highlighting technical performance and financial impact of solutions offered

Build relationships with end-users, including distributors and contractors, to promote product adoption

Conduct market intelligence and analyze territory performance to enhance sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior construction or field sales

Strong understanding of the construction process and ability to interpret related documentation

Excellent communication skills for reporting and influencing others

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF editor, Plan Grid, and other related software

Bachelor's degree preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in roles such as installer, foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager, or project engineer

Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Demonstrated self-motivation and a passion for success
