Intake Specialist - Inside Sales Specialist

JBA International seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks:

Conducting intakes

Confirming coverage

Creating matters and electronic files

Coordinating medical treatment

Case management

Requirements:

One (1) year handling personal injury matters

Bilingual English/Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Reliable and punctual

Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients daily.

Preferences:

Knowledge of Filevine Law Software
