Menasha Corporation is a leader in packaging services. We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to participate in the manufacturing of metal sheet and plate components.

About the Opportunity Operate the press brake equipment to bend, form and shape metal sheets and plates according to specifications and SOPs. Perform setup, operation, and shutdown procedures while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and job orders to determine machine specifications.

Position guides, stops, holding blocks or other fixtures to secure and direct the workpiece, using hand tools and measuring devices.

Align workpieces to ensure accurate bending angles and dimensions.

Verify dimensions of finished workpieces using measuring devices.

Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.

Start up and shut down machines properly.

Operate machines safely at or above standards of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.

Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine‑related problems through proper adjustments.

Use required personal protective equipment and follow safety documentation.

Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, 5S and STW.

Contribute to a cooperative team effort.

Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.

Knowledge of press brake equipment operation.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Desired Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant work experience.
