What You’ll Do
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and social engagement
Support individuals in behavioral and habilitative programs to enhance well-being
Ensure a safe and supportive environment, reporting concerns as needed
Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and provide crisis intervention when necessary
Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings as required
Requirements
3+ months of experience in direct care or a related support role
Reliable transportation to commute to Greenfield, MA
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
