Job Specifications
Job Type: Part‑Time
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Rate: $20+/Hour
Shift: Part‑time Monday‑Friday
Roles and Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to procure goods and services
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors
Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand and plan inventory
Resolve issues related to supplier performance and quality discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Proficient with procurement software and MS Office Suite
Detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
