Skills/h3pExperience in multi-unit or structured restaurant groups with established systems/ppProficiency in smoking techniques, open-flame cooking, and Southern barbecue/ppCulinary degree or formal culinary training preferred/ppProfessional leadership style with high integrity, composure under pressure, and a raise the bar mentality/ppServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential/p/div
