Cultivate a collaborative environment that enhances productivity and morale./ph3Proposal Development/h3pSpearhead the creation of innovative and client-focused sales proposals by partnering with Sales teams to thoroughly assess and address client needs. Ensure proposals are strategically aligned with organizational goals and consistently exceed client expectations./ph3Strategic Inventory Optimization/h3pLead the selection and utilization of inventory for advertising campaigns to optimize Clear Channels asset portfolio and maximize returns. Champion data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes, ensuring inventory is leveraged effectively to deliver measurable results./ph3Business Relations/h3pStrengthen and expand key internal business relationships to amplify sales initiatives and foster collaborative success. Serve as a liaison to align team efforts with broader organizational objectives./ph3Complex RFP Handling/h3pManage and accelerate response times for high-stakes and complex RFP situations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and impactful solutions./ph3Training and Development/h3pDevelop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and skill development. Provide continuous coaching and actionable feedback to elevate team performance./ph3Performance Management/h3pConduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive insights and setting clear goals to drive individual and team growth./ph3Meeting Facilitation/h3pLead and actively contribute to team meetings, ensuring discussions are goal-oriented and outcomes are actionable./ph3Education and Certifications/h3pBachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience./ph3Work Experience/h3p4+ years experience working in an advertising sale, client services, or agency environment is required. 2+ years experience supervising a team is preferred./ph3Skills/h3pAbility to assess workload and develop metrics/ppAbility to coach and develop a team/ppAbility to work in a team environment/ppProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/ph3Competency/h3pLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team./ppStrategic Thinking: Strong capacity for developing strategic proposals and inventory selection./ppCommunication: Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining business relations./ppCollaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment./ppSales Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and advertising campaigns./ph3Physical Demands/h3pThe demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
