These negotiations include both ground and air shipments./liliBrokerage Assistance -- Works very closely and on a regular basis with the brokers firm (e.g. providing import documentation, tracking shipments etc., etc. for all import shipments coming into the United States. Sales Support -- Provides assistance for domestic sales department./liliFreight Bill Auditing -- Verifies accuracy of domestic freight bills and disputes any discrepancies./liliFreight Quotes - Responsible for securing weight and dimensions of all quotes requested by the sales staff and obtaining the most economical freight rate from motor carrier, freight forwarders and express couriers./liliInvestigating customer problems and/or complaints and managing to successful resolution./liliAddressing all customer inquiries./liliMaintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service./liliWorking effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives/li/ulpstrongOther Skills
