This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Microsoft Office environments, and delivering excellent customer service to internal clients./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide first-level technical support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and local applications/liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner/liliRespond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests with a customer-first mindset/liliDocument incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately within the ticketing system/liliEscalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate teams as needed/liliFollow established IT policies, procedures, and service standards/liliParticipate in onboarding and job shadowing until able to work independently/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulli12 years of experience in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role/liliStrong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications/liliHands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues/liliExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced support environment/liliAssociates Degree required/li/ulpTechnology Doesnt Change the World, People Do.
