Job Description

Oversee daily on-site operations for the 300-unit multifamily construction project. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the construction site. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to meet project deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
