Job Description
- Oversee all on-site activities for multifamily projects from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain timelines and budgets
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to project leadership
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to plans
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and change orders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or large-scale residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
- OSHA-30 certification required
