Job Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Implement and enforce safety protocols at the job site. Maintain project schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in construction project management within the Business Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address challenges.
