Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
