We work hard but make the time to build meaningful relationships and celebrate the wins./li/ulpThe Role:/ppThe Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales team in selling CPIs training programs to targeted organizations. This role will provide direct sales support via multi-channel outbound strategies, leveraging multiple sales technologies, primarily focusing on prospective customers in our core markets./ppWhat You Get To Do Everyday:/pulliGenerate interest in CPI training programs, engage with prospective customers, and schedule meetings with prospects and the CPI Territory Account Managers and Enterprise Sales Executives./liliManage a pipeline of leads via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, reporting on pipeline status regularly./liliDeliver warm leads to the Territory Account Managers and Enterprise Sales teams./liliUtilize sales generation tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities./liliSupport leadership when asked by actively participating in projects and/or assignments within the department or cross-departmentally./liliIdentify and share best practices for refining the companys lead-generation playbook with team members and leadership./liliServe as a key member of the Sales Development Team./liliAssist in the professional development of other team members through job shadowing, formal training, and serving as the point of contact for additional questions./liliPerform other position-related duties as assigned./li/ulpYou Need to Have:/pulliHigh school Diploma or GED/liliExperience working with Microsoft Suite products/liliHigh level of customer focus, with internal and external customers/liliWell organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at one time/liliResults-driven/liliStrong verbal and written communication/liliIntellectually curious with excellent problem-solving skills/liliAbility to work independently and be a member of a multi-function team/liliHigh attention to detail/li/ulpWed Love to See:/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience/liliExperience working with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/liliExperience working with sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft, Gong, or Hubspot/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulli$45,000 annual salary/liliAnnual company performance bonus/liliComprehensive benefits package/lili401k/liliPTO/liliHealth
