We work hard but make the time to build meaningful relationships and celebrate the wins./li/ulpThe Role:/ppThe Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for selling organizational-wide CPI training programs and products, primarily to large healthcare organizations, through executive-level contacts, orchestrating all aspects of the sales process. This role is responsible solely for new business acquisitions./ppWhat You Get To Do Everyday:/pulliSell organizational-wide CPI training programs to large (10,000+ employees) healthcare organizations for which CPI does not have an existing relationship (Net New Business)./liliDevelop and manage the sales process from an initial touchpoint through contract execution./liliProspect new opportunities within the healthcare market and overcome objections./liliExecute an account-based business development strategy to identify new opportunities./liliDevelop a strong opportunity pipeline and drive successful sales conversions./liliTrack pipeline performance and manage customer transitions to the Customer Success Team./liliCollaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met./liliArrange discovery workshops and sales demonstrations and navigate complex business solutions./liliTravel to prospective onsite meetings or client discovery sessions./liliPrepare reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and progress reports and present them to management and senior leadership./liliSupport leadership with active involvement in projects and/or assignments within the department or cross-departmentally./liliFollow industry and market trends to communicate the value propositions of our healthcare solution effectively./liliPerform other position-related duties as assigned./li/ulpYou Need To Have:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience/liliFour years or more of work experience in enterprise-level and business-development sales/liliExperience selling to the healthcare industry/liliCustomer focus on internal and external customers/liliCapable of managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously/liliResults-driven/liliStrong verbal and written communication/liliExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills/liliAbility to work independently and as a member of a multi-function team/liliHigh attention to detail/liliWell-developed interpersonal skills, negotiation, writing, speaking, and listening skills/liliStrong business acumen and strategic thinking ability/li/ulpWed Love To See:/pulliExperience selling to human capital management, nursing, or security leaders in healthcare/liliProficient in the Challenger Sale methodology/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulli$70,000 annual base/liliOn target earnings of $172,000.00 (base + uncapped commissions)/liliAnnual company performance bonus/liliComprehensive benefits package/lili401k/liliPTO/liliHealth
