We work hard but make the time to build meaningful relationships and celebrate the wins./li/ulpThe Role:/ppThe Strategic Account Executive drives Crisis Prevention Institutes (CPIs) growth by spearheading strategic sales initiatives that expand its training programs and products in the education and healthcare markets. This role is pivotal in winning new business and unlocking potential in underpenetrated accounts through executive-level partnerships, consultative selling, and solutions-oriented strategies. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, the Strategic Account Executive is empowered to shape sales opportunities and deliver results that advance CPIs organizational objectives./ppWhat You Get To Do Everyday:/pulliDrive the entire sales process

from prospecting to contract execution

to achieve and exceed CPIs sales and revenue targets./liliServe as the principal representative of CPI for actual or potential customers./liliStrategically identify, engage, and convert new opportunities in the education or healthcare markets through targeted account-based approaches./liliDeliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations that address customer needs and showcase CPIs unique value proposition./liliForge and nurture executive-level relationships, aligning CPIs training solutions with customer business challenges for maximum impact./liliBuild and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, leveraging CRM and sales tools for accurate activity tracking and forecasting./liliPartner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer care, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful solution implementations./liliProvide actionable insights to leadership on industry trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to support strategic planning./liliReport on sales performance, customer engagements, and pipeline progress to leadership./liliRepresent CPI at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand market presence and build valuable connections./liliStay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements to position CPI competitively./liliPerform other position-related duties as assigned./li/ulpYou Need to Have:/pulliBachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field/liliThree or more years of successful sales experience/liliProven track record of success in a hunter sales role, with verifiable new business wins/liliDemonstrated expertise in contract negotiation/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms/liliResidency within, and ability to travel throughout, the assigned territory/liliMaintain a clean driving record/liliMeet all Vendor Credentialing requirements to ensure unrestricted access to CPI customer sites, including valid identification, background checks, drug screening, and required immunizations (such as COVID-19), as specified by each customer/liliContinuously uphold all credentialing standards throughout employment to support essential job functions/liliExpertise in managing complex sales cycles and influencing executive decision-makers/liliStrong business acumen with sound independent judgment in customer engagement/liliAdvanced consultative selling skills to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions/liliExceptional attention to detail and accountability for results/liliProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize in a dynamic work environment/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills/liliHigh resilience and the ability to handle frequent rejection with a positive attitude/li/ulpWed Love to See:/pulliDemonstrated success in B2B consultative or solutions-based sales environments/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulli$60,000 annual base/liliOn target earnings of $137,500 (base + uncapped commissions)/liliAnnual company performance bonus/liliComprehensive benefits package/lili401k/liliPTO/liliHealth
