Key Responsibilities Partner with regional leadership and boutique colleagues to meet revenue objectives and foster a culture of excellence Build thorough knowledge across all product lines including seasonal pieces, footwear, accessories, and ready-to-wear Support seasonal launches, exclusive client events, trunk shows, and private appointments in line with the fashion calendar Communicate the brand's legacy, artisanal techniques, sourcing practices, and creative vision to deepen client connection and appreciation Uphold boutique visual standards following brand aesthetic guidelines and merchandising protocols Provide outstanding, tailored service that embodies the brand's ethos and creates lasting impressions for affluent customers Oversee stock management, inventory organization, and liaise with operations and distribution teams Process sales transactions with precision and confidentiality, following established systems and procedures Achieve sales excellence through comprehensive collection knowledge, advisory selling approaches, and alignment with company-wide goals
