Build ongoing familiarity with the full range of product collections, including select specialty items. Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards, including visual merchandising, inventory organization, and overall aesthetic excellence. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-net-worth clientele, creating memorable luxury shopping experiences that foster long-term client relationships. Participate in private client events, trunk shows, and VIP appointments as required. Execute all point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and discretion while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Inventory management and stock organization. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product collections, materials, craftsmanship and brand heritage. Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and an authentic passion for luxury goods. Collaborate with team members to achieve boutique sales goals and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
