Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator
Pay: $15.15/hourly plus bonus Schedule: Full-time We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support our sales department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention. The Sales BDC Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with customers to support the dealership's sales department. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting dealership growth and retention goals.
