About the Job Assistant managers lead shift operations, ensuring team performance and adherence to policies. They handle cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations, guiding the crew and upholding standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the shift and set the example for all crew members.
Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Handle staffing, paperwork, and schedule management.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
Assist in marketing efforts and drive profitability.
Execute food management tasks and maintain a perfect image of the store.
Qualifications
Relevant management experience, preferably in quick‑service pizza management.
Strong judgment, mathematical ability, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capacity to work within varying temperature and safety conditions.
