We are seeking a Customer Account Service Rep, Hybrid Schedule. Global technology leader dedicated to connecting people, things, and information through its original, efficient, compact, and precision technologies. Customer Account Service Rep - Hybrid Details: Temporary position $ 26.00 to $ 29.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Orders are managed from inception to customer delivery. Any exceptions are to be communicated to the customers, sales reps and/or management as soon as issues are known. Collaborating with Credit Department regarding credits, debits and credit holds. Communicating directly with Sales Operations regarding pricing and/or allocation issues. Ensure any special-order requirements and scheduling requirements are followed. In addition, ensuring that any special requirements are properly recorded in SAP. Customer Account Service Rep - Hybrid Qualifications: Experience in SAP, Customer Service.
