Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Press Brake Operator opportunities in Archdale, NC. Responsibilities for a Press Brake Operator include, but are not limited to: Operate press brake equipment to bend and shape metal components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure quality Perform hands-on machine operation while maintaining safety and quality standards Candidates for Press Brake Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered: Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar manufacturing role Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication machine experience Ability to use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools Strong attention to detail, quality control, and safety awareness Sense of urgency and basic computer skills High School Diploma or GED What's in this Press Brake Operator position for you? Pay: $22.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, MondayThursday, 6:00 AM
4:30 PM (overtime possible Fridays) Weekly paycheck Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs unassisted (more with assistance). PPE Requirement: Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses are required at the interview for a site tour.
