Service Advisor/Writer

Job Duties: Set, confirm and prepare for daily appointments to expedite the guest’s service experience Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner Determine vehicle's needs based on customer provided information, a vehicle walk-around and the technician’s multi-point inspection Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle Qualifications: Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required High School diploma or equivalent Valid CA driver’s license Pass a drug and background screening Benefits: Health, Dental, & Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Paid Time-off We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
