Salary range: $142,000 – $209,000 per year. Position eligible for a variable incentive program.
Position Overview
Lead strategic selling and coordinate Sales & Marketing activities across all Eaton divisions for complete aircraft system.
Manage the marketing strategy development and deployment for your system expertise.
Supervise creation of bundle/system proposals in collaboration with Product line teams on new targeted platforms.
Lead the Campaign Capture Team for your area of expertise.
Conduct competitive analysis and support deep‑dive reviews for relevant competitors.
Support strategic planning activities with Business Managers.
Participate in industry technology events to maintain expertise, increase Eaton visibility, and gather competitive intelligence.
Partner with Marcom to provide thought leadership via content creation on eaton.com and targeted marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Drive early engagement on new programs, positioning the Eaton Group for maximum platform shipset content.
Use marketing activities to influence customer specifications to favor Eaton.
Develop value propositionsائية across multiple products in Eaton’s portfolio.
Work within a matrixed organization with Senior Leadership, Product line managers, and Executives to influence Eaton’s value proposition.
Collaborate with the Marketing communication team to promote hydraulic and actuation technology digitally and at events.
Work with Engineering Leadership to influence technology development strategy.
Required (Basic) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering activities in Aircraft hydraulics and actuation systems.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing and/or Sales role.
Technical knowledge of aircraft hydraulics and actuation systems and associated components.
Candidates must currently reside within the specified 50‑mile radius. Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications
10 years’ experience in aircraft hydraulic systems.
MBA or Master of Science in Engineering.
