What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline

Manage a portfolio of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven success in selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M

Experience engaging C‑suite executives using a consultative, solution‑selling approach

Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closure

Demonstrated understanding of AI applications in improving legal department operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity

Experience in developing and executing account plans and contributing to sales strategies

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams

Passion for making a positive social impact through community engagement and volunteerism
