What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and direct district sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals

Accurately forecast customer demand and sales performance

Recruit, develop, and manage the district sales team to achieve targets

Ensure compliance with documentation tools and company policies

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve common goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 12+ years of sales experience in the Life Science industry

1‑3 years of sales management experience in the Life Science industry

Strong understanding of genetics and genomics

Proven ability to communicate and influence internal and external audiences effectively

Experience in capital sales and working in a matrixed environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field

Established relationships with key customers and suppliers in the industry

3‑6 years of management experience in a similar role

Ability to engage at a high level with stakeholders
