What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and goals aligned with brand objectives

Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development

Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads

Recruit, develop, and influence top performers within the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Outstanding organizational skills and time management

Previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry

High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is a plus

Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
