What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long‑term business objectives
Train and develop team members in sales skills, product knowledge, and territory management
Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals
Manage district assets, including budgeting and inventory control
Build and maintain ethical, long‑term customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage personnel effectively
Strong communication skills and experience in customer relationship management
Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Spine sales experience strongly preferred
Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
Familiarity with the Neuroscience assigned product/therapy customer base
Experience with sales and personnel management functions
