What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, and teamwork
Coordinate sales efforts and communicate corporate and regional goals
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews for team members
Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships while ensuring compliance with quality systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
Strong background in sales and personnel management functions
Proven successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products
Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Spine sales experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of the Neuroscience assigned product/therapy customer base
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
Experience with developing individual development plans (IDPs)
Familiarity with customer-focused quality (CFQ) concepts
