What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products within the district

Develop and implement strategies to meet short and long-term business objectives

Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, and team management

Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships while representing the employer

Coordinate sales efforts and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory

Must be able to travel extensively by car and plane

Experience with sales and personnel management functions

Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Spine sales experience strongly preferred

Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products

Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base

Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
