Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Denver, CO (80202-Hybrid)
Industry: Professional Services
Pay: $85,000 – $130,000 / Annually+ discretionary bonus

About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a well-established professional services organization to hire an HRIS Analyst. This role supports HR technology, data integrity, and reporting for a multi-office environment while serving as the primary HRIS resource for the Denver location.
Job Description The HRIS Analyst will oversee HR technology platforms, manage data accuracy, support reporting needs, and assist with HR system enhancements. This position acts as a central point of contact for troubleshooting, system questions, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems used across the HR function.
Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, and integration challenges.
Coordinate system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and process improvements.
Build reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or SQL.
Support HR inquiries and assist employees with system navigation.
Validate and manage data for annual HR cycles, including performance and compensation updates.
Maintain HR documentation, intranet resources, and training materials.
Monitor HR systems inboxes and handle incoming requests efficiently.
Participate in technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience utilizing an HRIS System.
Advanced Excel skills required.
1+ year of Power BI and SQL.
Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
