What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the main resource for the sales team and agronomists on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
Plan and lead local training sessions, conferences, and experiences to enhance seed positioning
Collaborate with Market Development Agronomists to develop local seed selling tools and on-farm trials
Conduct local needs assessments to identify gaps in the seed portfolio and forecast production needs
Create and deliver agronomic messaging and training materials for internal teams and retailers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
Ability to travel up to 50% and work long hours during peak seasons
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing and educating others on agronomy products
Proven to build working relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Demonstrated agility in adapting to change and making timely decisions
