What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary resource for sales teams on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution

Plan and lead local training sessions, conferences, and experiences to enhance seed positioning

Develop local seed selling tools and oversee execution of on-farm trials

Partner with seed portfolio managers to assess local market needs and identify gaps in the product portfolio

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver agronomy messaging and training materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience

Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing agronomic decisions

Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and physiological factors affecting productivity

Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license

Experience in developing and educating others on agronomy products

Demonstrated ability to create working relationships and lead through influence

Agility in adapting to change and making timely decisions
