What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the main resource for the sales team and Market Development Agronomist regarding seed portfolio strategy and execution
Plan and lead local experiences, training courses, and conferences to enhance the seed position with internal staff and retailers
Develop local seed selling tools and oversee the execution of on-farm trials and demo designs
Partner with seed portfolio managers to identify market gaps and forecast local production needs
Create and deliver training materials incorporating national messaging for proprietary and partnered seed brands
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
Valid state driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%

Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships across all levels of an organization
