What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
Plan and conduct local training sessions, conferences, and experiences to enhance seed positioning
Collaborate with Market Development Agronomist and Sales Development Managers to develop local selling tools
Oversee local on-farm trials and create demo designs for seed products
Conduct local needs assessments to forecast production needs and identify portfolio gaps
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field with 5+ years of industry experience
Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Must have a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%

Experience in developing and educating others on agronomy products
Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions and adapt quickly to changes in the industry
Previous experience in sales roles within the agriculture sector
