What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
Plan and lead local training courses and conferences to enhance seed positioning
Develop local seed selling tools and coordinate cross‑functional training
Oversee local on‑farm trials and create demo designs for seed products
Collaborate with seed portfolio managers to assess local market needs and forecast production requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field with 5+ years of industry experience
Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
Ability to build effective working relationships and lead through influence within an organization
Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing and educating teams on agronomy products
Familiarity with local agricultural markets and crop management practices
Skills in data collection and analysis to support agronomic decision‑making
