Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategies and execution Plan and lead local training sessions, conferences, and experiences to enhance seed positioning Develop and execute local seed selling tools and agronomy tactics based on business strategies Conduct local needs assessments to identify gaps in the seed portfolio and forecast production needs Oversee the execution of local on-farm trials and create demo designs for seed products What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field with 5+ years of industry experience Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors influencing productivity Ability to build working relationships and lead through influence within an organization Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50% How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in developing and educating others on agronomy products Proven ability to make timely decisions and adapt quickly to changes in the industry Familiarity with local agricultural markets and trends
