What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
Plan and lead local experiences, conferences, and training courses for internal staff and retailers
Develop local seed selling tools and incorporate national messaging into training materials
Oversee local on-farm trials and collaborate with agronomists on content delivery
Conduct local needs assessments to identify gaps in the seed portfolio and forecast production needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing technical agronomic decisions
Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and relevant environmental factors
Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
