What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies through various communication methods
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and manage broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding the network of contacts
Become a subject matter expert in group health benefits, providing strategic insights to brokers and agency partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, with a preference for Group Health sales or marketing experience
Ability to obtain a Life and Health license in applicable states
Strong desire for career growth and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% for engagements with agents and brokers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales backgrounds or military service
Previous experience in Group Health sales or marketing roles
